UNLESS THEY MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
Have completed a BRC or ERC (must have proof of training). Owns and operates a motorcycle.
The host wing Chief of Safety is the final authority to determine that all motorcyclists are in need of the Advanced Riders Course no matter what style the motorcycle is. It is suggested the motorcyclist has been on their motorcycle for a minimum of 3 months.
IF A RIDER DOES NOT MEET THE APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS ABOVE —
DO NOT SIGN THEM UP FOR THE ARC
What the program entails:
1) A 2.5 hour classroom portion at G&C Honda (2415 E. 70th St., Shreveport, LA) . Also a 5 hour riding portion on the range. (Airline HS, Viking Drive, Bossier City, LA at parking area across from Chuck e Cheese.)
2 ) This is a pass/fail program with no formal graded knowledge or rider’s skill evaluation — instead classroom participation
and overall rider skill development determines if you receive a completion card.
