You received an email offering you a slot in an upcoming motorcycle training class
(the class dates were provided in the email you received)

If you ACCEPT the slot AND receive a confirmation email stating you are in the class, you own a slot and your tuition fee is applied against it. Failure to attend means no Unit reimbursement.
If you DECLINE you will be offered slots as they become available in the future.
If MORE THAN THREE offered class dates are declined a $10 fee is charged
for every subsequent declined class IAW the Instructions and Payment Rules.
Failure to respond to the email offer is counted as an automatic decline.
