BRC Class Status

Where all good riders begin

This page allows you to keep track of progress in the registration/payment process
and dispels the myth that there is a long waiting period to get into a class.
The real problem is getting enough people to pay their tuition fee in
a timely manner so a class can be scheduled and conducted!

You sign-up, you pay,
you get classes —
it is that simple.

before a class date is scheduled. Dates below are just projections.
Classes are scheduled as the numbers warrant.

IF YOU DID NOT GET AN OFFER BY EMAIL, WE DID NOT HAVE A SLOT AVAILABLE.

IF YOU WANT TO COME TO CLASS & SEE IF SOMEONE DOESN’T SHOW (WHICH USUALLY DOES HAPPEN),

YOU NEED TO CONTACT US, PLEASE USE THE “QUESTIONS” LINK BELOW

Scheduling depends on number of riders

who are in the rider-pool. Hopefully, enough people

sign-up and pay to ensure these class are scheduled and accomplished.

Unless notified otherwise due to conflict or severe weather

***DAYTIME CLASS CHECK EMAIL FOR TIME
You have military friends thinking about getting involved in motorcycle riding? Tell them to get pre-registered and into the system! Nothing happens until there are enough people to train… and word of mouth is the best way to get fence-sitters involved. Tell a [military] friend.

*Base Only class: filled with only military members, closed to the civilian community. Base only classes are conducted when there are enough military members available to fill a class.

**Mixed LSUS/BASE class: combines LSUS students [civilians who registered and paid via LSUS] and Base personnel [military members who registered and paid via this website]. Mixed classes are common during the off-riding months (Oct-Mar). LSUS owns all training slots, but gives any open slots to RidingSafety to support BAFB motorcycle training. LSUS closes registration for their class the week before class begins (Thurs night) and advises RidingSafety how many slots are available Friday morning, so there is not much time to offer you a slot, get your response, and put the class together. As soon as you receive an invitation to attend a mixed LSUS/BASE class, act on it — accept and get in the class, decline and free the slot up for another Base member. Any delay in your response means your slot goes to someone else. So act quickly on emails from RidingSafety.com. DO NOT CONTACT LSUS ABOUT THIS TRAINING PROGRAM — RidingSafety.com IS YOUR SOLE SOURCE OF INFORMATION — email RidingSafety.com with questions using this link: Question.
